Variations around the passion fruit

For Maskara and, why not, for Xmas gift, we have the pleasure to present four new jams; Passion fruit is the common denominator. It's getting married with banana or mango or pineapple and mango or pineapple and guava. That's is why we called them the marriages of the passion.

You can notice we added to the regular "S" bottle a smaller size: you have now choice between 300 and 150 g of pleasure.

Furthermore, you can find a box of three 150 g jams in a transparent plastic box:

May be this gives you idea for an original gift made in Bacolod? Please reserve the number you wish, you know we have a limited production.

You will find all these new jams at our usual partner's stores:
- Bob's Gaisano,
- Bob's North Drive
- Pendy's
- Twenty-six herb garden (6th street)
- Virgie's

Enjoy your life with passion ... fruit!

New sauce for pasta!

We recently discovered this sauce for pasta and after few weeks of trials, we adapted it for the Philippines. We are happy to offer you the delicate flavor of this not spicy sauce. Lemon grass, garlic, onion, ginger, tomato, basil from the vegetable garden, generous and healthy olive oil from Italy and of course, the Japanese miso paste.
According to  Delia Quigley (www.care2.com): "Miso is a paste made from soybeans, sea salt, and koji (a mold starter), and often mixed with rice, barley or other grains. The mixture is allowed to ferment for 3 months to 3 years, which produces an enzyme-rich food. The binding agent zybicolin in miso is effective in detoxifying and eliminating elements that are taken into the body through industrial pollution, radioactivity and artificial chemicals in the soil and food system." She count not less than 10 benefits to the the miso!

Like the Cheese sauce for pasta, the bottle of miso sauce is good for a pack of 500 g of pasta. But it can be used also as topping for rice or pizza.

Starting on February 16th, 2015, you can find this new sauce at Bob's Gaisano, Bob's North Drive, Pendy's and Virgie's.

Enjoy your pasta!
